Architectural Geometry

Book Cover

By Helmut Pottmann (Author), Andreas Asperl (Author), Michael Hofer (Author), Axel Kilian (Author), Daril Bentley (Editor)

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on this book. Probably the most comprehensive book on architectural geometry I have ever seen. The authors also speak to technology and its relevance to geometry. At the end of the book they get a bit into various methods of production from Rapid Prototyping to CNC technologies. They start to bridge the gap between the funky things made in the computer to how we bring them to life. Definitely worth checking out.

Here is a link to buy directly from Bentley, It’s a great deal if you are a student.

When I try to buy it online there is no Russia in the list of countries available for shipment.. and the contact form doesn’t work correctly. Im desperate.
I know I can buy it via Amazon.com and send it to Russia, but the price there is $175.00 but Im a student and really expect to get the book by an academic price.
Guess gonna just have to do it via acquaintances in US. Or download it. They leave no choice((

Could not order through Bentley’s website because of error messages. Simply call them up under their worldwide number on the ordering page - and the academic version will be on your way.
