Call for Comments

So…. I’m not getting very many comments on the tutorials and post i make. Please feel free to post comments and request for other topics or videos. I’m always looking for materials to cover. Just as a heads up to anyone visiting the site, the next series of videos will be short videos explaining almost all of the 3ds Max modifiers individually. I may go alphabetically, but I’ll probably do it in order of the modifiers i find most helpful (Shell!!!!). Anyways thanks for checking out the site.

Dave

Really like the website alot. The stool tutorial is required viewing for modelers at my office.

I am in New York as well, would like to contact you regarding classes- you alluded to teaching classes in an earlier post- are they Revit classes?

    Another comment,Dave,

I have tried leaving comments from my other computer, and I get an “Error on Page” message. I use Internet Explorer on that computer, and Firefox on this one.

As for comments, i think i had so many spam filters it was blocking everything! so for now i have turned them off.

I have always wanted to see a video on creating cabinetry families where the array of cabinet modules respond to rules on maximum/ minimum module dimensions. This might be an extension of your sunshade tutorial on arrays.

I can work on that. Thanks for the feed back. I need to add more Revit content. I’m in the process of doing that. Those tend to be longer and a bit more involved than the Max tutorials. Should have more to post soon.

    Thanks!

I am thinking some tutorials that combine multiple plug-ins

like Bongo and the render engines: Vray, Maxwell, Brazil, Indigo, Renderman, Flamingo & Penguin, to make Video

    or
Archcut & VisualARQ, to do construction documents off a model

    T-spines?

and some heads up on all the great LabTools, Links to model sharing and texture map resources, showing go betweens of Rhino to Revit for complex surfaces/solids
    those are my ideas
