Revit - Adding Folders to File Open Menu

Description : Pretty basic tutorial, If you know this then it won’t effect you if you didn’t. you’ll be glad you don’t have to navigate to you project folders anymore.

    Dave,
    I have been using Revit for years and I didn’t know that the options dialog box allowed me to add folder for quick picks. I guess you get so use to using Revit the same way. I was able in Arch desktop to add folders like this before and tried adding them in the same way but it didn’t work so I just figured Revit wouldn’t allow it. Thanks for the video, they are much better to learn from than text and pictures.

    no sweat, as cool as all the funky geometry things are. it’s little tips like these that i feel help work flow. As i find more I’ll make sure to post them.
