Great work. I was at Acadia, but didn’t attend the workshops. GH is addictive software (addict-ware?).

I’ve been using it for a multitude of tasks lately. I just wish David Rutten would program in a “do my dishes and laundry” component and I would be set.

    nice examples
but it also would be interesting what the idea of each project is. because as Nathan Miller said, grasshopper is an addictive piece of software and it is really easy to get lost in some random trial and error plays, and getting a result far far away from the original thought.

I know Mike Gibson from his undergrad days at Miami University (Ohio). J. Uhl is also an alum of Miami U. Who knew we’d get all these tech kids from a relatively hand-based design program! Thanks for the post.

    Cool…

by the way, has anyone tried the curviture analysis definition… anyone know how to stop the circles overlapping? and…has anyone tried this with a planer or 4point surface instead of a circle…my scale controlled replicas seem to be going all over the place…does anyone know why?

    thanks for the help…

Is there somewhere I can learn how to do similar modelling to Dave Pigram - supermanoeuvre model??? I am trying to do something somewhat similar and it would put me in the right direction if I knew how he did this.

Is there a way to take this ACADIA Grasshopper Projects class next time you have it? Or any other GSAPP classes?

    awesome post!
is there a way to prevent rhino from crashing when I open e.g. Michael Gibson’s file?
so are there some rhino or grasshopper settings to handle this kind of complexity? I also noticed while working on my own projects that it often freezes when I pan or rotate in the viewport or move a point.
    thnx

Is there a way (using Grasshopper) to array an object on a surface?

OK. Never mind the last comment, I figured that out. But does any one know a method for creating components with variables?
