CamStudio - FREE Screen Capture Software

Hi All
I just wanted to let you know about this new program I have been using to make my screen capture videos. It’s call CamStudio. It’s FREE, easy to use and awesome! It lacks the editing capabilities of Camtasia but you can do that plenty of other ways. If anyone has some videos they would like me to host or post please let me know and i would be glad to do so.

i used camstudio recently. i really have jut one problem . i was tryng to record a very small (file size) video to send by email. and i change many of it defalut options. in the end i obtain a non sincronised audio and video. now i work w the programs defalts and use a video converter to put the video in the size and format i want.
what software do you use afterwards ? do you use the inbuilt swf maker (slow as hell !) what are the settings you use (screen res, compression, audio compression) ?
