All the youtube videos embedded on my blog, have a link below them saying "Watch high resolution video here". Click on it and it would take you to our another website, where you could watch original video. Youtube, somehow reduces the quality of the video at the time of uploading, and one of the main reasons why I uploaded them on youtube is to get better Search Engine visibility and also to drive users from youtube to the blog.
